GTO Body Package

IMSA rule changes dictated a modification to the Daytona body style for 1982. The long tail had been outlawed, and was replaced by a short stubby spoiler, similar to, but somewhat meatier than, that of the stock 1982 model. Fenders were smoothed over and narrowed slightly - subtle changes resulting from even more track testing of the Greenwood Daytona. The resultant GTO body style was the last of the Shark-era Corvette conversions made by Greenwood. This is the first time in over twenty years that the Greenwood GTO Corvette has been made available. The GTO Package (#GTOP) can replace the stock bodies of all coupes and convertibles, from 1968 to 1982. Included in the Package are the front surround and fenders, hood, side rockers, door panels, rear fenders, rear bumper, and inner fender extensions. The GTO hood and rear bumper can be purchased separately. Optional pieces include recessed, rectangular headlights and updated electric mirrors.
