Side Rockers and Door Caps

The side skirt package helps cancel high speed lift in the wheel wells and vents more heat from the engine compartment. The G4 Series rockers more effectively prevent air from "leaking" into the Tunnel area. The large side louvers vent heat and help lower pressure under the hood. Small upper fairings attach to the front surround in the wheel well above the large radius at the front of the side rockers. It completes the continuity of shape and function. Door caps cover the lower half of the stock door and fully integrate the door into the rockers. The Greenwood logo is recessed into the lower corners.

Shown above are the parts that make up the G4R Side Rockers package. For those kits that are ordered primered or painted, Greenwood Corvettes applies three coats of high resiliency rubber to any areas where abrasion may take place. This rubber undercoat ensures that your paint will withstand all but the most severe of impacts before chipping and flaking begins. The coated parts are shown in black and include the upper wheel well fairings, rocker extensions and rocker caps.

The G4RS Side Rocker panel shown above is identical in appearance to the G4R Side rocker, but doesn't have the removable wheel well cap - it's integrated into the rocker panel. All other G4RS Side Rocker pieces are identical to those of the G4R.
